BRUMMELL APARTMENTS EIXAMPLE IZQUIERDA/VALERIS, Barcelona

The apartment sits on a quiet street in Eixample Izquierda yet remains close to the city centre (Plaça de Catalunya is 1 km away, Casa Batllo a 12-minute walk). Public transport is easily accessible: the metro is a short walk, and buses to the beach and city centre are nearby. The area is walkable to the university, numerous restaurants, bars, and a small supermarket. Despite the central position, the street is calm, ensuring a good night's rest.

The apartment features a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a seating area, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom offers a very comfortable bed with quality linen and a comfortable mattress. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and hairdryer. The property is well-equipped: air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a fully fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, and basic cooking essentials like oil and coffee. The balcony provides outdoor space.

Staying at the apartment grants guests access to the pool and changing facilities at Hotel Brummell. The hotel is the check-in point for the apartment, so it is convenient to use these facilities before check-in or during your stay. The apartment itself provides a comfortable base with a balcony, but all leisure amenities are at the hotel. The surrounding area offers boating opportunities.

The apartment provides free WiFi throughout, along with a concierge service and luggage storage. A paid airport shuttle (pick-up, drop-off, and shuttle service) is available for an additional charge. A lift serves the building. Babysitting and child services are available for an extra fee. Check-in is self-service with an app and code system, though the initial key collection is at Hotel Brummell. The apartment is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.
