HABITAT APARTMENTS ADN, Barcelona

The apartment is situated in a lively, safe neighbourhood with a metro station around the corner and a bus stop right outside. Sants Train Station, offering direct trains to the airport, is a ten-minute walk away. Arenas Shopping Centre, with a supermarket and rooftop restaurants, is 600 metres from the property. Plaça Espanya is within walking distance, and the city centre is a 30-minute walk or a short metro ride. The area is well-served by bakeries, supermarkets, and a market, all within the same block. The ground-floor apartments can be noisier from the metro rumble, but upper-floor units are quiet despite the street activity. The weekend street closure brings local life and is a bonus for walkers.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and heated, with parquet floors, a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, and a Nespresso machine. The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some units include a balcony or a ground-floor patio. The sofa bed in the living area has been fixed and is now more comfortable. A few one-bedroom apartments are more compact but cleverly designed, while larger units offer plenty of room for a family of four. Road-facing rooms are generally quiet, though the metro rumble can affect lower-floor apartments starting around 5:00 am. Some one-bedroom layouts have a second bedroom accessed through the bathroom, which may feel unusual for some groups.

The apartments do not have a restaurant or breakfast service, but each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a hob, dishwasher, and kettle, making self-catering easy. A bakery is located in the same building, and a Carrefour supermarket is within the block for groceries. Numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and bars are within a three-minute walk, offering a range of cuisines from local tapas to Italian. For breakfast, the bakery or nearby cafés serve pastries and coffee. Arenas Shopping Centre, 600 metres away, has several rooftop restaurants with panoramic city views. The apartment provides a starter pack with dishwasher tablets, sponge, coffee, and tea.
