Located in the city centre, the property sits directly across from the main railway tracks into Central Station, making rail noise a factor for rooms on that side. The station provides a 12-minute direct train to Copenhagen Airport, eliminating the need for airport transfers. The Meatpacking District (Kødbyen) with its restaurants and bars, as well as Tivoli Food Hall, are a short walk away. The metro is also easily reachable, and a Donkey Republic bike station is nearby. On-site parking (195 DKK/day) is available, but the location is best navigated on foot, by bike, or by public transport.

The hotel offers single, double/twin, triple, family, and suite configurations. A family room can sleep up to 4 and a suite includes a separate living area. All accommodation features private bathrooms (shower or bath), free toiletries, hairdryer, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a safe. Wardrobe space is minimal - some rooms lack drawers or closets, so packing from suitcases may be necessary. Road-facing rooms are quieter than those overlooking the railway, where train noise can be heard with windows open.
