The hostel is directly in the city centre, with Copenhagen Central Station reachable in about six minutes on foot. Tivoli Gardens and Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek are within a short walk, making most major attractions accessible without public transport. The airport bus stops right outside, and the 5C bus line provides a direct 35-minute ride to the airport. The Central Station gives fast rail access across the city and to the airport (13 minutes by train). For those exploring on foot, the waterfront and city-centre shopping streets are also a comfortable walk away. No parking is available on site; street parking is managed via the EasyPark app.

Rooms are designed as efficient, space-saving pods: beds often border walls on three sides, leaving limited floor space. Private double and twin rooms are very compact, better suited to solo travellers or couples who plan to be out most of the day. Quadruple, triple, and family rooms have pod-style bunks, each with its own light and USB outlet, offering a degree of personal space. All rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The double room also has a satellite TV. Linen and one towel per person are included. In-room lockers are provided (bring your own padlock). Larger suitcases may need to be stored under the bed, as hanging space and shelves are minimal. Noise isolation between rooms is limited, and sound from the communal areas on the ground floor may be audible in rooms on lower floors.

Fitness facilities include a gym (additional charge, 20 DKK for the entire stay), fitness classes, and a yoga class on Monday mornings (20 DKK). The games room is equipped with billiards, table tennis, darts, and mini golf (some with additional charges). A dedicated sports hall is available for indoor football. Evening entertainment includes karaoke, live music, live sport broadcasts, and pub crawls. The rooftop terrace offers a garden, bar, and community kitchen with city views.
