The hotel sits in the lively Vesterbro area, known for its cutting-edge cafes, restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. Copenhagen Central Station is less than a 2-minute walk, providing direct train links to the airport in 12 minutes and access to metro, bus, and S-tog lines. Tivoli Gardens is a 5-minute walk, and the main shopping street Strøget is 800 metres away. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is also 5 minutes on foot. While Vesterbro is central and convenient, it includes the red light district; the area is generally busy with tourists and locals. Numerous restaurants, bars, and a 7-Eleven are within a few minutes' walk.

Room types include Standard Single (90 cm bed), Standard Double (160 cm bed), Twin (two separate beds), Triple (bed + sofa bed), Family Four (singles + bunk), and Family Five (double + three singles). All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower - note that bathrooms are compact and designed as wet rooms with a shower curtain; the floor can get wet after bathing. Rooms are simply furnished with a desk, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and carpeted floor. No air conditioning is installed, so windows must be opened for cooling. Street-facing rooms can be noisy, especially at night; rooms overlooking the courtyard are generally quieter. Some top-floor rooms have sloping ceilings that reduce headroom. The property is non-smoking throughout. For families, note that there are no connecting rooms, and extra cots are available on request in some triple rooms.

Breakfast is served daily in the lounge area: weekdays 06:30-10:00, weekends 07:00-10:30. The buffet includes traditional Danish breads, cereals, cold cuts, smoked beef, oat milk, cheese, and a variety of juices. Vegan and gluten-free options are clearly labelled.
