CALLE RIELO GREAT CANAL VIEW, Venice

The apartment sits directly on a canal in Cannaregio, Venice's most authentic and lively district. Santa Lucia railway station is a 5-minute walk away, with no bridges to cross - ideal for luggage. A water-bus (vaporetto) stop is steps from the entrance, providing direct routes to Murano and St Mark's Square via the outer canal route. Within a 20-minute stroll, you reach Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The area is lined with restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, yet remains relatively quiet at night. The position makes it easy to explore the Jewish Ghetto and other historic sites on foot.

The apartment includes 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a bath and a shower. The master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom offers two single beds. The living room includes a sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dining area. The unit features a desk, seating area, and a dressing area. Windows overlook the canal from both the living area and bedrooms. Reported practical points: the bathroom is compact with a shower curtain; the single beds have sprung mattresses that are notably less comfortable; the sofa bed is firm. The property is aged and requires maintenance, including worn floor screed, taped fixtures, and a dated bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift.

The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals, with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Several dining options are within a 2-minute walk, including Gam Gam (a kosher restaurant) and Al Brindisi, as well as a pizzeria on the ground floor. Supermarkets and bakeries are steps away. For a wider choice, the Cannaregio district offers numerous trattorias and cafes. The property does not offer breakfast. Some nearby restaurants have been noted as expensive for the quality; it is recommended to explore the area for better-value options.
