Three vaporetto stops (Ca' d'Oro, Rialto, Fondamente Nove) are all within 10 minutes on foot, providing easy access to the airport, Murano, Burano, and the rest of the city. By vaporetto line 1, alight at Ca' d'Oro and walk 5 minutes; line 2 stops at Rialto for a 5-10 minute walk. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away. A water taxi stop is a 2-minute walk, and the Gondola stop is 3 minutes away. Multiple restaurants, cafés, and shops are within a 2-minute walk, and a laundromat is 200 metres away.

The apartments are modern, spacious, and meticulously clean, with high-quality finishes. Each unit includes a private entrance, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. Bedrooms feature a 160 cm x 190 cm double bed, and extra beds are sofa beds that cannot be moved to another bedroom. Superior apartments have one double bedroom and a sofa bed suitable for two young children or one adult; Deluxe apartments can accommodate up to six adults. One-bedroom apartments overlook a quiet street or garden, while some two-bedroom apartments have canal views. All bathrooms have a shower and bidet; the Dogà apartment has two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, tea and coffee maker, and cookware. The apartments are on the first or second floor in a building with no lift. Road-facing apartments are quiet due to the residential setting, and light sleepers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. Heating and air conditioning work effectively; a cot is available on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a tea and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals and save on dining costs.
