PALAZZINA RIELLO, Venice

The property is located 12 km from Marco Polo Airport, with easy connections via the Alilaguna water bus or a taxi. Getting around on foot is straightforward: the Rialto Bridge is 2 km away, the Frari Basilica 1 km, and Basilica San Marco 2 km. The Jewish Ghetto is a short walk, and the area offers numerous restaurants and cafés. Despite being minutes from the main tourist route, the street remains peaceful, making it suitable for light sleepers who still want central access.

Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a separate living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and kitchenware - useful for longer stays or families. Bed configurations vary: the one-bedroom unit has 3 beds (double + sofa bed) and the one-bedroom unit with 2 living rooms offers 2 beds. The bedrooms come with a work desk, minibar, tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Upper-floor apartments are brighter and generally preferred; ground-floor units have small windows and limited natural light. The sofa bed can feel firmer than a standard mattress, so consider the room size when booking for more than two adults.

Guests receive a stocked fridge with soft drinks, beer, and often a bottle of Prosecco, plus instant coffee, tea bags, biscuits and sometimes simple breakfast items. A Nescafé machine and electric kettle are provided. For those who want to cook, the kitchen is complete with stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and kitchenware. No hot breakfast is served on-site, but several restaurants are within a 3-5 minute walk: Trattoria Alla Fontana (0.5 km), Gam Gam Kosher Restaurant (0.5 km), and Al Brindisi (0.5 km) are among the options. The property can arrange fruit or wine/champagne at an additional charge.

For structured leisure, the property can organise activities such as walking tours, pub crawls, cooking classes, and tours about local culture - all at an additional charge. Some activities take place off-site, such as movie nights, live music performances and temporary art galleries. The surrounding neighbourhood is excellent for independent exploration: the quiet canals, Jewish Ghetto and park (ideal for a stroll with or without a dog) are all within a short walk.

Daily housekeeping is included at no extra charge - rooms are cleaned, towels changed, and beds made every day. Free luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out, which is useful for late departures. The property has key access, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers for security. A minimarket and a barber/beauty shop are located on site. Safety deposit boxes are free. For guests with disabilities, one ground-floor apartment offers step-free access; the rest are accessible only via stairs. A lift is not available. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges, and pet bowls and baskets are provided.
