The surrounding area is quiet and leafy, with several parks, playgrounds, and local restaurants within a few blocks. You can reach the Rialto Bridge and Accademia Gallery in about 20-30 minutes on foot. Vaporetto stops (Ferrovia, Crea, Tre Archi) are 5-10 minutes away, providing waterbus access across Venice. A supermarket can be found within a few minutes' walk. The closest airport is Marco Polo (15 minutes by bus).

Each apartment is spread over two floors with parquet flooring. The upper floor contains one king-size bed and one single bed; the living room has a king-size sofa bed. There are two full private bathrooms, both with hairdryers - a practical advantage for groups or families. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, cookware, tea/coffee, salt, sugar, oil, and a washing machine. Air conditioning is available in both levels. The bedroom is fitted with mosquito nets, good blackout curtains, and is generally quiet and well-insulated from street noise. There is no canal view and no balcony. The apartment is spacious enough for four adults, and the host can accommodate five by charging an extra 25 euros per person per night.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the kitchenette, which includes a stovetop, toaster, fridge, and a supply of basic spices and staples. Each apartment includes a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a washing machine (detergent provided). A paid shuttle service is available. The property is wheelchair accessible via a ramp at the entrance; the ground floor of the apartment is also accessible. There is no on-site reception, but the host communicates via WhatsApp and provides self-check-in with a lockbox.
