The property is perfectly positioned in central Venice yet set on a quiet street. Santa Lucia Train Station is a short walk, making arrivals from the mainland effortless. For the airport, the Alilaguna water bus (orange line) stops at Guglie, 5 minutes away, and is a practical alternative to the paid shuttle. Major landmarks such as Ca' d'Oro, Rialto Bridge, and the Basilica San Marco are all within a 10-20 minute walk, while the vaporetto station is 4 minutes away for quick trips across the canals. Many cafes, trattorias, pizzerias, and a supermarket are right outside, giving plenty of dining options without needing to travel far.

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each room has air conditioning, a safe deposit box, electric kettle, and heating. Some rooms offer windows overlooking the quiet inner courtyard, which helps minimize street noise. The family room available is large with two bathrooms, well suited for groups. Bed setups vary: double rooms have 1 double bed, triple rooms have 2 beds, quadruple rooms have 3 beds, and the largest family room has 4 beds. A paid shuttle service can be arranged to Marco Polo Airport (€50 total for up to 3 people) and also offers pick-up from Treviso Airport on request. The Alilaguna water bus is a cheaper alternative. For luggage storage, the property recommends Bounce storage at San Marcuola (3 minutes walk) or the train station. There is no parking on site.
