Trams 2, 11, and 12 from Leidseplein provide direct access to Dam Square and Amsterdam Central Station. Bus 397 from Schiphol Airport stops at Leidseplein, making airport transfers straightforward and cheap (€6.50, 45 min). The centre is a 15-25 minute walk through pleasant streets, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within a few blocks. The area is safe and well-lit at night.

Room types include Single, Double, Triple, Twin, Quadruple (2 double beds made from 4 singles), and Deluxe Double (spacious with large bath). All rooms have a private bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Standard amenities: flat-screen cable TV, heating, fan (no air conditioning), and carpeted floors. A few rooms have a balcony - these are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Some rooms are on the basement level (-1) with small windows and less natural light. Room sizes are generally small, especially the twins (10-11 m2) and standard doubles. The building has a lift, and rooms are accessed via key card. Connecting rooms are not available. Housekeeping is provided daily but may require a request for full servicing. An iron is available on request.
