CANDIA BOUTIQUE APARTMENT, Rome

The apartment sits in Rome's top-rated district for location, placing the Vatican Museums just moments away on foot. St Peter's Square is less than 1 km, and Ottaviano Metro Station is about a 7-minute walk - giving quick access to all central landmarks including Piazza Navona and Piazza del Popolo (each about 3 km). A Terravision airport bus stop is within walking distance for direct routes from Rome Ciampino Airport (18 km). The surrounding streets contain over a dozen restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a bakery, making it easy to eat or shop without travelling. For those wanting a car-free Roman stay, this area combines walking convenience with metro, bus, and airport links.

The apartment contains 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. The bedrooms are quiet, with comfortable beds and air conditioning that works well even in summer heat (up to 36°C). The kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, dining table, and full dishware - enough for up to 6 people. The living area has a flat-screen TV and minibar. The layout places the kitchen and dining area in a separate space from the bedrooms, allowing sleep for some while others use the shared space. An outdoor dining area provides an additional eating spot. The property uses a digital key system, so no physical key exchange is needed.

Candia Boutique Apartment does not offer an on-site restaurant or breakfast service. The fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering, and the immediate area supports this well: a bakery is across the street, a supermarket is within 3 minutes, and over a dozen restaurants (including Le Felizianerie, Osteria delle Commari, Ristorante Taverna Lino, Caffe Vaticano, and Trattoria Massa) are within a 5-minute walk. This makes it easy to prepare meals in the apartment or choose from a variety of local dining options without needing transport.

WiFi is available for free throughout the apartment. Air conditioning is effective even during peak summer temperatures. The property uses a digital key system for self check-in starting at 16:00; check-out is by 10:00. Cots can be provided on request. No parking is available - the area is designed for walking, metro, and bus transport. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on site. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, CartaSi, UnionPay, MasterCard).
