Harry Reid International Airport is less than 3 km away. The immediate area is calm, with grocery stores (Vons nearby) and a Denny's adjacent to the parking lot. For Strip access, the monorail's south stop is a 10-minute walk. On-site parking is available for a daily fee, and rideshare services are efficient for airport trips.

All 122 units are suites: King Studio, Two-Queen Studio, and One-Bedroom King with a pullout sofa. Each has a full kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware) and a dining area. Rooms include a recliner, work desk with lamp, flat-screen TV, and ironing supplies. Beds are queen-size with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom features Dove toiletries and a shower with grab bars in accessible rooms.
