The hotel entrance is tucked in a side alley off the main shopping street, with detailed directions sent ahead. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including options like La Caravella, Bar Ducale, and Ristorante Al Giglio. Although central, the property's location on a quieter alley and soundproofed rooms help maintain a calm atmosphere at night.

Each room includes air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a safe, parquet or carpeted floors, and a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. A coffee machine with free pods, tea-making facilities, a mini-fridge, and two complimentary bottles of water are provided daily. Beds can be configured as a small double or two single beds pushed together - note that a single mattress covering two separate bases is common; requesting a preference during booking is recommended. Guests are advised that the property's character is charmingly bohemian rather than modern.

The property is just off Calle Larga XXII Marzo and a short walk from St. Mark's Square, where many additional dining options are concentrated.
