CARUSO REGAL HOUSE, Rome

The apartment sits in a peaceful neighbourhood that is still very well connected: the Colosseum is a 25-minute walk away, and Santa Maria Maggiore is 3 km from the property. San Giovanni Metro Station is a 12-minute walk, and Ponte Lungo Metro Station is 1 km away. The bus stop for line 360 is just 150m from the door, offering a convenient alternative to the metro for shorter trips. While the area is quiet, the surrounding streets have several cafes and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk, making it easy to grab a meal or a drink without straying far from the apartment.

The air-conditioned apartment sleeps up to three people with two beds: one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bedroom and bathroom are notably spacious. The living area includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and the balcony has seating-ideal for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, and basic cooking utensils, allowing for meal preparation during the stay. The host provides extra pillows and covers in the wardrobes. The apartment is on a lift-serviced floor, making access easy.

Each day of your stay includes a €2.50 voucher per person for a classic Italian breakfast at a cafe just 2 minutes away on foot. The voucher typically covers a cappuccino and a cornetto (Italian croissant) or similar pastry, and the cafe is well-regarded for its pistachio cornetto and hot chocolate. For those who prefer a larger or self-prepared meal, the apartment's kitchenette includes a stovetop, fridge, and coffee machine, with host-supplied coffee pods and tea. Several restaurants and pizza places are within a 2-3 minute walk for other meals.

The apartment provides free WiFi with speeds up to 554 Mbps, adequate for 4K streaming and video calls on multiple devices. A concierge service is available, and luggage storage can be arranged for an additional charge, which is useful for late departures. Business services like fax/photocopying and cleaning services (laundry, ironing, trouser press) are offered at extra cost. The property has a lift, key access, a safety deposit box, and fire extinguishers. There is no parking on site, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out by 10:00, with contactless procedures-the host provides detailed instructions.
