Hotel Details

Location

A 10-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station, the apartment sits on the Grand Canal in a quiet, central yet peaceful neighbourhood.

The location is the property's strongest asset. It is 12 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport and within a short walking distance of Frari Basilica, Ca' d'Oro (17 minutes), and Rialto Bridge (2 km). Basilica San Marco, Piazza San Marco, and Doge's Palace are reachable within 3 km. The area is quiet and secluded yet central, with restaurants, a supermarket, and shops nearby. Public transport connections to Piazzale Roma and the train station are excellent, making it ideal for exploring Venice on foot or by water bus. The walk to the station involves crossing several bridges with luggage.

Dining

The apartment has a kitchenette for self-catering. Numerous restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk.

Self-catering is possible thanks to a stove, refrigerator, and oven, but the kitchen lacks some utensils, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Several dining options are nearby: Al Parlamento (0.5 km), Kome Sushi Asian Food (0.5 km), Laguna Libre (0.5 km), Casa Bonita (0.5 km), Trattoria alle Lance (0.5 km), Trattoria Il Vagone (0.5 km), and Bar al parlamento (0.5 km). A supermarket is also around the corner for groceries. Guests preferring a full meal can easily walk to the station or central areas for more variety.

Leisure

The apartment offers no on-site wellness facilities, but its central location provides easy access to all of Venice's attractions.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenity. The value lies in exploring Venice on foot: Frari Basilica, Ca' d'Oro, Rialto Bridge, and St. Mark's Square are all within walking distance. The quiet neighbourhood offers a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing.
