The property sits within the BASE cultural centre, giving direct access to bars, restaurants, and event spaces. The Navigli canal district with its many dining and nightlife options is about 10 minutes on foot. Porta Genova station, metro (about 10-15 minutes walk), and tram stops (5 minutes) connect to the city centre and San Siro (40 minutes by public transport, 20 by car). A large supermarket is 500 metres away. For airport transfers, the nearest bus stop for Malpensa (Lampugnano) is directly in front of the building, but Linate and Malpensa are best reached by public transport or taxi-no airport shuttle is available.

The modern restaurant offers Italian dishes for lunch and cocktails, with opening hours Monday-Thursday 09:00-01:00, Friday-Saturday 10:00-01:00, and Sunday 10:00-20:00. The ground-floor bar serves coffee and drinks, and there is also a coffee shop on site. The shared kitchen in the accommodation is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals. For breakfast, availability depends on the selected dates-no daily breakfast service is confirmed. The surrounding Navigli area has dozens of restaurants, cafés, and bars within a 5-minute walk. All payments on site are cashless (cards only).

The property does not have a spa, sauna, or swimming pool. Leisure is built around the cultural programme: temporary art galleries (free), live music/performance (additional charge), happy hour (additional charge), and evening entertainment. Outdoor spaces include a garden and a courtyard with a bar. The building also contains a shared lounge/TV area and a terrace. For children, board games are available. The surrounding Navigli area offers canalside walks and dining.
