Beds are typically double-size but some are notably narrow (around 1.20 m); mattresses can be firm or show wear. Air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled-guests cannot adjust the temperature individually. Noise insulation is minimal; conversations, hallway activity, and especially sounds from shared bathrooms (toilet flushing, pipes) carry easily. Rooms near shared bathrooms are considerably noisier. Private shower stalls are very compact. The property has a small lift but there are a few steps at the entrance, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Casa de Huespedes La Asturiana does not offer breakfast or any on-site dining. Guests plan to eat out for all meals.
