The neighbourhood is quiet yet central, with several bakeries, pizzerias, and restaurants less than a five-minute walk away. For car travel, free parking can be found along Via Cassia with a brief uphill walk to Porta Romana; paid public parking (€1.50/hour) is 250 metres from the apartment. Florence Airport is 78 km away, and no shuttle service is available.

The apartment sleeps four across two separate bedrooms plus a living room with a sofa. The master bathroom includes both a bath and a shower, with free toiletries provided. All rooms feature air conditioning and heating, and the living area has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dressing area, and a dining table.
