Casa Palacio Don Pedro occupies an 18th-century building on a street that is quiet for the area. Seville Cathedral and the Giralda are roughly 1 km away, the Alcázar is a short walk, and the popular Metropol Parasol (Las Setas) is just minutes on foot. The train station is a 20-minute walk or a short bus 32 ride to Plaza Ponce de León, which is a few minutes from the hotel. Dozens of tapas bars and restaurants are within 300 metres, including the historic El Rinconcillo. Public parking is available at Ponce de León Square (200 m) and street parking is free in the vicinity, though spaces fill quickly. The bus station is also 20 minutes on foot.

Rooms are named after Seville's landmarks. The majority are compact and have older furniture, with some rooms feeling dated and dark, especially those overlooking an internal patio used for storage. Road-facing rooms and ground-floor rooms near the reception can be noisy from passing traffic, courtyard voices, and the repeated opening of the hotel's security gate. Some rooms have a terrace (not a balcony), offering outdoor space. The bathrooms are en-suite and come with towels and free toiletries, but in several rooms they have poor ventilation, a musty smell, and slow-draining sinks.
