Accommodation options range from studios to two-bedroom suites, sleeping 2 to 5 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned with heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker (using ground coffee), a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Select oceanfront rooms include a private balcony, while other suites may have a shared balcony or patio with sea views. The furnishings provide plenty of drawer space, and some bedrooms include a makeup sink. Room sizes and decor vary, with some units described as recently updated and spacious, while others are noted as compact or older. Road-facing rooms may experience more noise; opting for a sea-view room helps ensure quiet.

Wildwood Crest is a dry town, so alcohol sales are prohibited, though personal consumption is allowed. Lemma's Grill provides a convenient option for casual breakfast and lunch. For other meals, several nearby eateries are within walking distance, including Reges Cafe (0.5 km) and The Star Beach Bar (0.5 km). A fruit truck is known to visit the area each morning. The outdoor pool operates from approximately May 15 to October 14 and is heated - though heating is not guaranteed every day. The pool area includes a fence, pool cover, a shallow end, and a section up to 2.4 m deep, plus sun loungers and beach towels. An open-air bath is also free to use. The beach is directly accessible and spacious with free entry; rinsing stations are located right off the sand. There is no spa, gym, or wellness center on site.
