CASA RAME, Bologna

The property is a one-bedroom apartment featuring a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed that works as a third bed (foldable for sofa use). Rooms are spotlessly clean, modern and renovated, with parquet flooring, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a washing machine. The balcony opens onto an inner courtyard, keeping the space quiet. While compact, the design maximises comfort - suitable for couples or a small family (one child). The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware - ideal for preparing meals. For eating out, more than a dozen restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including La Taverna Di Roberto, Osteria Buca delle Campane, and Ristorante Nippon Ramen. The local recommendations guide created by the host covers well-reviewed nearby eateries.

WiFi is free and available in public areas. The apartment offers a washing machine and an electric kettle. Self check-in via key box allows flexible arrival. Luggage storage is available upon request. Housekeeping includes a weekly clean. Cots are available on request. There is no on-site parking, but the Due Torri car park (near Hotel San Donato) is a practical option for paid parking. The host is responsive and provides a personal guide with local recommendations.
