Some units have limited natural light due to courtyard-facing windows or the ground-floor position - rooms selected for the inner courtyard are consistently quiet. The modern, clean interior and comfortable double beds are standard across all apartments.

The breakfast vouchers cover a typical Italian-style breakfast at either Pasticceria Saffi or another nearby café. The vouchers are valid per person and sufficient for one coffee and a pastry or a small savoury option. Both bakeries open from around 06:00-07:00 and offer a varied selection of pastries, cakes, and coffee. Note that one of the partner cafés is closed on Sundays, and the other is closed on Wednesdays - check availability in advance. For guests who prefer to self-cater, each apartment has a full kitchenette, and several grocery stores are within a few minutes' walk. Many restaurants, pizzerias, and Indian and sushi options are located within 300-500 metres of the residence.
