Crypto.com Arena is a 2-minute walk and Microsoft Theater is 400 metres away. The Los Angeles Convention Center is immediately across the street, making this an ideal base for events and sports games. The California Science Center and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County are each 4 km away. The metro station is directly behind the hotel, providing quick access across the city. Bus route 460, which goes to Disneyland, stops just outside. Uber and rideshares are a common choice for getting around, and the immediate area also offers dozens of restaurants within a 0.5 km radius, including Yard House, The Palm, and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill.

The rooms are notably compact - the standard layout has a king or two double beds with about 0.5 m of walking space on three sides. The bathroom is split into three zones: a toilet closet, a separate shower with a glass door, and a sink located in the main living area. This provides very limited privacy, especially when sharing the room. There is no closet; hanging space is limited to a few hooks under the television. Rooms have parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a safe deposit box, and heating. There are no refrigerators, microwaves, or coffee makers. For a more spacious feel, corner king rooms and city view rooms have larger layouts and windows on two sides, offering significantly more comfort.

AC Bar & Bistro serves breakfast and dinner with Mediterranean options. Level 8 hosts multiple dinner-only venues: QUÉ BÁRBARO (seafood, steakhouse, Latin American), Maison Kasai (Japanese), Lucky Mizu (Japanese), The Brown Sheep (Mexican), and Mother of Pearl (seafood). La Lo La Rooftop and Golden Hour offer cocktail hour in a modern setting. Bluestone Lane Coffee Shop serves breakfast daily. Breakfast, unless booked as a package rate, is not included and is a light continental offering - typically a croissant, coffee, and a banana. Several of the restaurants and bars are operated by an external hospitality group and may close or have limited hours Monday through Wednesday.

The outdoor swimming pool is on the rooftop and is open all year, with pool/beach towels, sun loungers and beach chairs, and sun umbrellas provided. The pool area is oriented toward socialising and evening parties rather than daytime lounging. The bar at the pool is operated by a separate company; the destination credit cannot be used there. The pool may close early (15:00-16:00) on weekends for private events. The fitness centre is free and offers equipment with full-height windows overlooking the Downtown LA skyline. Evening entertainment includes a nightclub/DJ, live music performances, and a happy hour (additional charge). Bicycle rental is available for an additional fee.

WiFi is free in public areas. Reception services include a 24-hour front desk, an ATM/cash machine on site, and free luggage storage. The elevator system requires guests to go up to the 34th floor sky lobby, then transfer to a separate bank of elevators to reach guest floors.
