Noise insulation between rooms and from the corridor is limited, so conversations and foot traffic from neighbouring rooms and the street can be audible. The property is older and the building has a lift and is wheelchair accessible.

There is no dining or bar facility within the property itself. For meals, the surrounding area provides a range of casual dining options within a short walk, including Señor Frog's, Five Guys, Playa Cafe, and several other eateries on Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive. Guests who prefer to cook can use the in-room refrigerator but should note that there is no kitchen or kitchenette. If breakfast is offered during a specific stay, it must be selected and confirmed at the time of booking; otherwise, the nearest cafes are a few minutes away.
