Street parking is limited, but a $20/day public garage is two blocks south. The building's central location means street-facing apartments can be loud at night; courtyard-facing units are quieter. For daily errands, several liquor stores and food markets are within a five-minute walk.

Units range from studios to two-bedroom suites. Studios and one-bedroom layouts include one queen bed and a full-size pull-out couch. Two-bedroom suites have two queen beds and a pull-out couch. All apartments come with a private bathroom (shower), flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee/tea maker. Some units have a separate living area and dressing room. Rooms are noted as generally clean and well-equipped, though furnishings can feel dated in some apartments. Street-facing rooms may experience noise from traffic and nightlife; rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter. Window coverings vary, and some units have windows that do not open. The pull-out couch is less suitable for adults over average size. The building has a lift and non-smoking rooms throughout.

There is no restaurant or bar on property, but the full kitchen - with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher - is ideal for self-catering.
