The hotel is situated on a major road junction, so traffic noise is noticeable, particularly in street-facing rooms. The U6 underground station is right beside the property, and replacement buses run during the ongoing construction of a new S-Bahn line behind the hotel. The Gewerbepark Am Borsigturm business park is 800 metres away, and varied shops and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. Lake Tegeler See is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

Room sizes range from 8 m2 single rooms to 28 m2 triple/family rooms. Each room includes a desk, wardrobe, flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Hair dryers and extra pillows are available on request. Double beds measure 180x200 cm; single beds are 90x200. Soundproofing (class 4) reduces but does not eliminate noise from the busy street and hallway. Rooms may feel warm and stuffy on hot days since there is no air conditioning. The 1970s-inspired decor is functional, with vinyl laminate flooring and some wood panelling.

Breakfast is a self-service buffet offering a variety of breads, rolls, cold cuts, cheeses, pickles, tomatoes, cereals, eggs and hot drinks. The breakfast room is spacious and bright. No restaurant or bar is available on the property, but several dining options are within a 10-minute walk, including a Burger King 0.5 km away. There is a coffee machine in the lobby offering hot drinks at a small charge outside breakfast hours.

The hotel does not have a spa, leisure centre, swimming pool, gym or sauna. Lake Tegeler See is within a 10-minute drive for outdoor recreation.
