The Duomo is about 600 m, and Santa Croce is a few minutes' walk. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and bakeries are within 300 m. For airport access, take the tram to the central station then bus C2 or 6 (approximately 30 minutes total). Teatro Verdi is 5 minutes away.

Each room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Some rooms overlook the street, while others face a quieter internal courtyard. Beds are comfortable, and triple rooms can be configured with three single beds on request. Air conditioning (available May-September) can be effective but occasionally not sufficient in extreme heat. Noise from the street or adjacent breakfast area may affect lighter sleepers; rooms without balconies are standard. Wardrobe space is adequate, and the minibar is available in some rooms.
