The two guest rooms share a single well-maintained bathroom. Each room features a comfortable bed (the king room has no footboard, ideal for taller sleepers), bathrobes, a hairdryer, a seating area, wardrobe, and heating. The king room has its own patio area and Smart TV. Both rooms are carpeted and overlook the garden. Daily housekeeping includes vacuuming, fresh towels, and bathroom cleaning. The property is quiet, spotlessly clean, and the beds are noted for their comfort. Rooms are compact but well equipped. The adults-only policy ensures a peaceful environment. Note: the shared bathroom is used exclusively by the two guest rooms.

Breakfast is provided free of charge and is set up each morning for self-service. Offerings include cereals, breads, spreads, yogurts, fruit juices, baked beans, spaghetti, and pancakes (when available). A variety of teas, coffee, Milo, and hot chocolate are also on hand. The kitchen is not available for guest cooking, but a microwave can be used until 18:30 for reheating takeaways. No other meals are served.
