CHARMSUITES PARALEL, Barcelona

Charmsuites Paralel is situated on a main avenue directly above Parallel Metro Station (L3 line), providing immediate access to the city's metro and the funicular to Montjuïc Hill. Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, and Boqueria Market are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The Port Vell marina is about 1 km away, and Plaça Espanya and Fira Exhibition Centre are around 15 minutes on foot. The El Prat airport is roughly 20 minutes away by car or taxi. The surrounding streets are lined with shops, cafés, and a wide range of restaurants, especially in the nearby Raval district. For beach access, public transport takes about 20 minutes.

The apartments are newly built with attractive modern décor and are generally spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas. Each unit features a living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen that includes an electric hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine. Some apartments have a private balcony or terrace - ideal for relaxing in the evening. Bed configurations vary: one-bedroom apartments typically have two single beds plus a sofa bed, while larger units offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All accommodations are air-conditioned and soundproofed. Rooms facing the main avenue can experience street noise, while those on the courtyard side are considerably quieter and allow windows to be open at night. Some guests note that certain apartments appear more dated than the photos suggest, with soft mattresses and basic kitchen utensils.

Charmsuites Paralel does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. However, every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker) for preparing your own meals. The immediate area is rich with dining choices: dozens of restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés line the streets just outside, particularly along the Parallel Avenue and in the Raval district, which is a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets are also close by for groceries. A popular option is to walk to Las Ramblas (10 minutes) or the Gothic Quarter for a wider range of cuisine.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. For leisure, the Paralel metro and funicular provide quick access to Montjuïc Hill (parks, museums, and the Magic Fountain) and to the beach at Barceloneta (about 20 minutes by public transport). The Port Vll marina (1 km) and the Gothic Quarter are both within walking distance, offering plenty of sightseeing and walking opportunities.
