The hotel sits in the Sants neighbourhood, a quiet residential area with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. The metro station gives direct access to Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, and Las Ramblas. Sants Station offers high-speed AVE trains and direct trains to the airport (taxi 15-25 min, metro 35-45 min). Bus routes such as the 46 also connect to the airport. Plaça d'Espanya is a 10-minute walk. The location is ideal for transit-oriented travellers, though the tourist centre requires a short metro ride.

Each room features minimalist white decor with colourful accents. All rooms have a private bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, and hairdryer. Bed sizes range from single to double, though some doubles are built from two single mattresses. Noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms is common due to thin walls. Storage is limited - no wardrobe, desk, or minibar. Rooms facing the street can be noisier; interior rooms are quieter but may have less natural light. Rooms with a terrace are available but may offer a walled courtyard rather than a view. Air conditioning is effective. A lift serves all floors. Some rooms have a balcony.

The hotel does not serve breakfast or have an on-site restaurant. A self-service kettle with tea and coffee is available in the lobby at no charge. The Sants area has numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants within a short walk, including Bar Restaurante El Loro and La Paradeta Sants.
