The property sits just outside the ZTL, making it ideal for guests arriving by car. Fortezza da Basso is less than 1 km away, Palazzo Vecchio a 10-minute walk, and Piazza del Duomo di Firenze about an 18-minute walk. A tram stop is a 3-minute walk away for quick trips to Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center. The neighborhood is safe, with several restaurants (Salaam Bombay, Emin Group Kebab, Time Caffe) within a 5-minute walk, making dining out easy without needing to head into the tourist core.

The shared bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. The living area has a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a dining table. Road-facing rooms are quiet toward the back of the property, making the space suitable for light sleepers. The decoration is modern and well-maintained, with a dramatic ceiling adding character.

Dining

Guests can prepare meals at home using the stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The dining area seats the group. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk: Salaam Bombay, Emin Group Kebab, Haveli Indian Restaurant, and Pizzeria Trattoria San Jacopino offer dinner options without needing to travel.
