All key sights - the Central Market, Serranos Towers, La Lonja de la Seda (300 m) - are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Colón Metro Station is 1 km away; for the beach, take bus 31 or metro line 4 (about 20 minutes by bike). The City of Arts and Sciences is 3 km, and Valencia Airport is a 15-minute drive. Dozens of restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets line the surrounding streets.

The apartments are well-sized, some with two bathrooms (ideal for families or groups), and have been recently refurbished to a modern, comfortable standard. Beds are standard double size, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Each unit includes free air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, and windows that open for fresh air - though road-facing rooms can pick up street noise. The kitchenettes are fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, stovetop, fridge-freezer, and cookware, so self-catering is easy. Towels, hairdryer, and L'Occitane toiletries are provided. Some apartments have small balconies. A common laundry room with washer (€3) and dryer (€3) is available on site.
