MOTEL 6-PHOENIX, AZ - AIRPORT - 24TH STREET, Phoenix

The property sits directly next to active train tracks and within the airport flight path, so noise is a constant factor. The area is industrial and has visible street activity; walking alone late at night is not recommended. There are very few dining or shopping options within immediate walking distance. The closest light-rail station provides direct tram service from the airport terminal to the motel, and from the motel to downtown Phoenix in about 10 minutes. For those driving, no on-site parking is available, and street parking in the neighbourhood is limited.

The outdoor swimming pool is located in the parking area, with limited shade and privacy. It is open for guest use. There is no spa or wellness centre. The pool area is a available for cooling off during the hot Phoenix months, but those seeking a quiet or shaded leisure experience may find it insufficient.

Free WiFi is advertised but frequently reported as not functioning or extremely slow; this is a known issue. A vending machine with snacks is available but often broken. Luggage storage is possible in the lobby on request. Housekeeping is available if requested at the front desk. The property has a gated dog run. Staff are described as friendly and helpful, with Spanish-speaking team members. The primary payment method is cash or card; Apple Pay is accepted. Seniors aged 60 and up may receive a discount. Late and early check-in/out requests are handled case by case.
