The hostel sits adjacent to the sprawling Turia Park, providing a green corridor for walks and cycling. The historic old town, including the cathedral and central market, is just 5-10 minutes on foot. Alameda metro station (lines 3 and 5) offers a direct 25-minute ride to the airport. For the beach, bicycle rental at reception (25-minute ride) or tram no. 4 from Pont de Fusta (30 minutes) are convenient options. Several bus stops are within a few minutes' walk. No parking is available on site, but public parking at Plaza Tetuan and free street parking on Paseo Alameda are nearby.

The building retains vintage Valencian character with marble stairs, wrought iron railings, and high wooden windows. Dormitory sizes range from 4 to 12 beds. Each bed is equipped with a privacy curtain, a reading light, a power outlet, and an under-bed locker sized for a carry-on suitcase. A free padlock is provided at check-in. Bed linens are included; towels can be rented (€1 plus €5 deposit). Shared bathrooms are located on each floor, separated by gender, each containing 5-6 showers and toilets. Hairdryers and hair straighteners are available in the bathrooms. Rooms facing the main road may experience traffic noise; interior rooms are generally quieter. Air conditioning is centrally controlled and may cycle off periodically; fans are also provided. The building has an elevator.

Breakfast is served daily for an additional €5 and includes bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and tea (soy milk available on request). Special dietary options (vegetarian, gluten-free) can be accommodated with advance notice. The on-site bar offers drinks and light snacks. Vending machines provide drinks and snacks around the clock. A fully equipped shared kitchen with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and utensils allows self-catering. Free dinner events (such as paella or tortilla) are occasionally organized.
