Mon Suites Catedral sits right in the heart of the old town, a short walk from La Lonja de la Seda (350 m), Plaza del Ayuntamiento (700 m), and the Central Market. Valencia Bus Station and the main train station are both reachable in about 20 minutes on foot. Restaurants, bars and shops are abundant on the doorstep and in the surrounding streets. The location is exceptionally central yet the apartments are well insulated from street noise, making it a practical base for sightseeing without needing transport.

Apartments are decorated in cream and grey tones with parquet floors, a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen cable TV, and a kitchen with an oven, hob and fridge. Larger units (three- and four-bedroom) feature two bathrooms. A washing machine is provided in every apartment (a clothes line can be requested at reception). Studios and one-bedroom apartments are available; note that one-bedroom apartments do not have a terrace. Beds are consistently described as comfortable, and the air conditioning works well even in summer. The apartments are clean and modern, and soundproofing keeps them quiet despite the central location.

Mon Suites Catedral does not have its own restaurant, bar or breakfast service. Instead, the location offers immediate access to a wide range of dining options within a few steps. Plaza de la Reina Square, right next to the property, has several restaurants, and many more eateries are dotted around the historic centre. A cafe/bar is located on the ground floor of the building, while nearby highlights include El Rall, Horchateria Santa Catalina, and Tinto Fino Ultramarino - all within about 300 metres. For self-catering, each apartment kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob and oven, plus a washing machine and basic cookware.

The property does not offer a swimming pool, spa, or gym. For leisure, guests can explore Valencia Cathedral (50 m), La Lonja de la Sela (350 m), and the Central Market - all within a short walk. The surrounding area is filled with shops, boutiques and bars, providing plenty of daytime and evening entertainment. The tram stop (a short walk away) connects to the beach for those wanting a coastal day out.
