The nearest vaporetto stop is about 7 minutes away, making it easy to reach from the airport (Marco Polo, 18 km) or train station. Despite the central location, the area is notably quiet, with a large square in front of the building for relaxing. A well-stocked supermarket is steps away, and several restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a 2-5 minute walk. Boating activities are also available nearby. The location scores highly for walkability and convenience, suiting both Biennale visitors and city-break travellers.

Each apartment features a private bathroom (with shower or bath, hairdryer), a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware), and a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV.
