CITY GUESTHOUSE PENSION BERLIN, Berlin

The guesthouse is located in a lively neighbourhood filled with shops, restaurants, and bars, all reachable on foot. Mauerpark and Max-Schmeling-Halle are also within a few minutes' walk, making this an ideal base for event visitors. The immediate area around Schönhauser Allee offers excellent public transport links, with direct connections to central Berlin. While the location scores highly for walkability and convenience, street-facing rooms can be noisier, especially with windows open. Rooms in the rear building or overlooking the courtyard are noticeably quieter. The Rewe supermarket is nearby for self-catering supplies.

All rooms are on the ground floor. A two-bedroom suite is available and includes a private bathroom, private entrance, minibar, coffee machine, and a terrace. Double beds consist of two single beds pushed together. Some rooms have a private outdoor terrace or courtyard seating. Rooms facing the street can be noisy, and some rooms are compact, making them more suitable for short stays. Fresh towels and daily housekeeping are provided. Rooms with private bathrooms are available, and a fan is provided in addition to heating. The property has rooms that are not serviced with a balcony. For longer stays or larger groups, the suite offers more space, while single and twin rooms are best for solo or short-term use.

The guesthouse provides free Wi-Fi in all areas, daily housekeeping, and luggage storage at no extra cost. Lockers and a safety deposit box are available for secure storage. The property is non-smoking throughout, and all rooms are soundproofed. Family rooms and facilities for disabled guests are available. A minimarket is on site for basic supplies. Pets can be accommodated on request for an additional daily fee of €10. Payment can be made by American Express, Visa, EC-Card, or MasterCard. There is no 24-hour reception, but late arrivals can be arranged with prior notice.
