The property is a 4-minute walk from the Church of Saint Nicolás, 5 minutes from Serranos Towers, and about 8 minutes from the Central Market and the Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados. The lively neighbourhood is packed with cafés, restaurants, and bars within a 2-to-5-minute walk. Most of the historic city centre is accessible on foot, and Valencia Airport is 8 km away. The nearest metro station (Ángel Guimerà) is a 15-minute walk, but the location is more convenient for walkers than for car users.

The one-bedroom apartment (suitable for up to 2-3 guests) includes a separate bedroom with a double or queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and one full bathroom. The two-bedroom apartment (maximum 4 people) has two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a larger layout. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), a washing machine, ironing facilities, air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Bedrooms are not on the ground floor and are accessed either by lift or internal stairs. No balconies or terraces are available. Street-facing apartments can be affected by noise from the lively area and the building's entrance door.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare breakfast or meals.
