The property is west of the main tourist strip, offering a quieter atmosphere with easy access to the beach. While the resort is across the highway from the ocean, beach access is just across the road. For those without a car, the walk to the beach is direct, but a vehicle is recommended for reaching dining and entertainment options.

Accommodations range from double rooms to large villas with separate bedrooms and living areas. All units include a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware), a washing machine, and a tea/coffee maker. Many units feature a balcony with distant sea views - the property is across the highway from the ocean. The Signature Collection villas provide a coastal view and upgraded furnishings. Some rooms may not have windows in the bedroom. Maintenance and cleaning consistency varies, so requesting a recently refurbished unit is advisable.

A poolside snack bar and a minimarket are also available on the property. The restaurant offers a menu focused on classic American fare, pizza, and barbecue. Outdoor dining areas provide a relaxed space for meals. For a wider variety of dining choices, the surrounding area has limited options within walking distance, so a short drive of about 3 km is typical to reach additional restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen in each villa allows self-catering, with a grocery store a short drive away.
