The surrounding streets are packed with affordable eateries, bars, and grocery stores, with Kotti's Gemusekebap and Burgermeister just 300 metres away. Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 22 km away; using the U-Bahn from Kottbusser Tor provides a direct connection without changing trains.

The hostel offers mixed-gender dormitory rooms with either 6 or 8 beds. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and a dining table, plus a tea and coffee maker. Key card or key access is used for security. Some rooms have a terrace with city views, and all have heating. The shared bathrooms are unisex, with separate male and female shower areas. Bunk beds lack privacy curtains, and there are no individual reading lights or electrical sockets by the bed. Windows face the street, so road noise can be high; earplugs are recommended. The dormitory rooms are generally spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The hostel does not have its own restaurant, café, or bar. Instead, it provides a large shared kitchen with all essentials - stovetops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and ample utensils - allowing you to prepare your own meals. The adjacent dining area makes it easy to eat together. For those who prefer eating out, the location at Kottbusser Tor places you steps from dozens of budget-friendly Turkish and German eateries, such as Kotti's Gemusekebap (0.5 km) and Burgermeister (0.5 km), as well as several convenience stores and a Lidl for groceries.
