COMFORT SUITES COLUMBUS WEST - HILLIARD, New Rome

The property offers easy highway access for quick trips to downtown Columbus, Nationwide Arena (15-minute drive), and area attractions. Numerous restaurants including Five Guys, Wendy's, McDonald's, Arby's, and Mikado Japanese are within a 5-minute walk. Free private parking on site eliminates the need for street parking or reservations. The area has convenient access to shopping and dining, making it a practical base for both business and leisure travellers.

Accommodation includes standard double rooms, quadruple rooms, and suites. Beds are generally comfortable, though some visitors found them on the firmer side. Third-floor rooms have been recently renovated and are notably clean and well-maintained. Some rooms facing the parking lot may have bright exterior lights at night, and upper-floor rooms are quieter than those below. Rooms come with air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and free WiFi. The overall room size is adequate, with suites offering more space for families or longer stays.

Breakfast hours are Monday-Friday 6:00-10:00 and Saturday-Sunday 7:00-10:00. The selection includes regular hot items, pastries, oatmeal, bagels, and fruit. The breakfast staff keeps the buffet well-stocked, but items can run out during peak times. There is no other restaurant on site; however, multiple dining options are within a short walk, including IHOP, McDonald's, and several fast-food chains. For those with dietary restrictions, the selection is limited; yogurt and fruit are reliable options.

The fitness centre contains basic cardio and weight equipment. The pool has been permanently closed for maintenance and is not available. No other wellness facilities such as a spa or sauna are on site. For leisure, the hotel's location provides easy access to shopping and outdoor activities in the Hilliard area.
