Amenities

The apartments offer free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk with English- and German-speaking staff, and self-check-in via code lock.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The property has a 24-hour front desk where staff can assist with directions and local advice, but there is no on-site reception in the apartment building - guests collect keys and pay deposits at the office on Bold Street. Additional services include an iron and ironing board, luggage storage is available if arranged, and the property has CCTV in common areas. Parking is public and off-site: a multi-storey car park a 3-4 minute walk away costs £15 per day, and reservation is not possible - the team can provide directions on arrival. Stag and hen parties are allowed, and there is a minimum age of 18 for all occupants. The office team is said to be responsive before arrival, but many report difficulty reaching them by phone or WhatsApp after check-in. There is no lift, no designated smoking area, and no daily housekeeping.
