Accommodation is spread across two floors without a lift - two double rooms are on the ground floor, and three double/twin rooms (plus the attic) are on the first floor. The attic room (Room 10) has a sloping ceiling with limited standing height and a skylight window that does not fully seal, letting in road noise. Some ground-floor (Room 1) and first-floor rooms are described as large and spacious, with high ceilings and original sash windows offering views of the cathedral. Room 8 is very small but suitable for a single night. Most rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and Mason & Miller toiletries. Standard fittings include a flat-screen TV, small fridge, kettle, desk, ironing board, and hairdryer. Soundproofing varies - rooms facing the main road can be affected by traffic noise, while rear rooms and the attic are quieter. Some rooms have two single mattresses pushed together rather than a standard double. The building requires maintenance and is noted as dated and in need of refurbishment.

Breakfast is an additional-cost option that must be booked at the time of reservation. It is served in the on-site cafe (Café 60) in the basement between 8:30 and 10:30 daily.
