The tram stop is right outside the building, and metro line A connects directly to all major sights. For families, a playground is about a 10-minute walk away.

Unit types range from studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments with 1-4 beds. Each apartment features a well-fitted kitchenette or kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. Extra details include a tea and coffee maker, dining area, wardrobe, heating, and a flat-screen TV with streaming platform access. All apartments are non-smoking and accessible by lift. Courtyard-facing units are particularly quiet, and the overall soundproofing is good. The furniture is new and practical, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. An iron and ironing board are available in the hallway, and the apartments are designed for comfortable longer stays.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making self-catering straightforward.
