Namesti Republiky underground station (metro line B and trams) is 100 metres away, giving direct access to the airport via bus 100 to Zlicin then metro. Prague Main Train Station is 800 metres (15 minutes on foot), Florenc bus station 300 metres. The Palladium mall is right behind the hotel, and major sights such as the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The area is well served by restaurants, bars, and shops, and the hotel itself has a tourist information centre on site.

Room types include double/twin rooms, triple rooms with three single beds, and suites with two bedrooms and up to five beds. Room sizes vary significantly; some attic rooms are compact with low ceilings, while other rooms are spacious. The building's historic structure means sound insulation is limited-rooms near the courtyard can hear restaurant noise until late, and some rooms adjacent to service areas may hear early-morning staff activity. There is no air conditioning in most hotel rooms (only in some suites and the nearby Salvator Superior Apartments). All rooms have heating, carpeted floors, and a safety deposit box. Some rooms are wheelchair accessible upon request. No rooms have a balcony.
