The room is described as spacious - larger than photos suggest - with a pleasant atmosphere and a very comfortable bed. It includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and heating (though the room can feel cool underfoot; the radiator can be turned up). The shared bathroom is clean and straightforward, with a bath, shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The room is located away from the owners' area, offering good privacy despite the shared nature of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor of a small building, making it easily accessible without stairs.

WiFi is free and available throughout the property. Free parking is available on site without reservation - a rare convenience in Berlin. The shared kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and all cookware and utensils. A washing machine is available for guest use. Bicycle rental can be arranged for an additional charge. The hosts are described as very kind, welcoming, and helpful, with a fuss-free check-in process. The property is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not allowed. Access is on the ground floor with no steps.
