The hotel sits in a quiet, safe area of Ballantyne, within walking distance of Ballantyne Bowl and several restaurants (Sushi Hana, Duckworth's Grill, North Italia). The complimentary Monday-Friday shuttle covers destinations within 3 km, including dining and shopping. For airport transfers, note that no airport shuttle is available; plan on a taxi or ride-share (roughly 20 minutes).

The hotel offers a variety of room types: family rooms with 2-3 beds, triple rooms with 1 bed, and quadruple rooms. Some king rooms can include a sofa bed (request at booking). All rooms come with a private bathroom? Actually, verified data indicates shared bathroom facilities are provided; no private bathrooms are available. Rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, telephone, cable/satellite TV, and ironing board. Microwaves are available in the lobby. The property has been renovated, though some rooms may show signs of age. Rooms on the back side (above the pool area) tend to be quieter and offer views of the pond and fire pit. Balcony rooms are available for an additional fee and are popular for their outdoor space.

Parking is free and on site, but a reservation is required. The shuttle runs Monday-Friday within a 3 km radius (no airport service). Business services include a business centre, fax/photocopying (additional charge), and express check-in/out. Luggage storage is free and helpful for early arrivals.
