COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT LAS VEGAS STADIUM AREA, Las Vegas

The hotel is on the south end of the Strip, directly across from Allegiant Field and near Mandalay Bay. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to the main Strip. Several dining options are within walking distance, including an In-N-Out Burger 4 minutes away and a restaurant across from the stadium. The airport is a 5-minute drive; a taxi or rideshare costs around $17. Private parking is available on-site for $20 per day. For car-free trips to the city centre, rideshare or taxis are recommended as no shuttle service exists.

The on-site bistro offers a limited breakfast menu (e.g., bagels, fruit cups, coffee) and operates as a Starbucks-style counter. Breakfast is not complementary; pricing for a light meal can be around $28. A small market/store inside sells snacks and drinks but may have limited stock. For more substantial dining, there are several options within a short walk, including an In-N-Out Burger (4 minutes) and restaurants near the stadium. If you need an early breakfast before 7 am, plan accordingly as the bistro opens at that time.

The pool area includes a sun terrace with sun loungers, though the number of loungers is limited. The pool is heated and open year-round, but can be cold during off-peak seasons. There is no hot tub or spa on site. The fitness centre is free to use and well-maintained. Other outdoor amenities include an outdoor fireplace, BBQ facilities, and shared seating. The leisure facilities are best suited for casual use rather than extensive wellness retreats.

The hotel offers a range of practical services: free WiFi throughout, a 24-hour front desk, ATM on site, express check-in/out, and luggage storage. The business centre provides free fax/photocopying, and meeting/banquet facilities are available for an extra charge. Accessibility features include wheelchair access, braille and tactile signs, and auditory guidance. Daily housekeeping is complementary, but laundry and dry cleaning incur additional charges. A lift serves all floors, and there is a minimarket on the property. Security includes CCTV, smoke alarms, and key card access. Note that no airport shuttle is available.
