COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT RALEIGH-DURHAM AIRPORT/BRIER CREEK, Lynn Crossroads

The hotel is a 9-minute drive from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, making it a practical choice for travellers with early or late flights. A free airport shuttle is available for all registered guests, though its last run is at midnight, so late arrivals should plan accordingly. Brier Creek Commons, 1 km away, offers a range of shops and casual dining options, while Frankie's Fun Park is within a 700-metre walk for go-karts, laser tag, and bumper cars. Restaurants such as Pei Wei Asian Diner and Papa John's Pizza are about 1 km away, and several other dining options like Carolina Ale House and Flame Kabob are within 2-3 km. The hotel is located in a quieter area, with easy interstate access for reaching Research Triangle Park or central Raleigh. The parking lot is free and well-lit, but car break-ins have occurred, so keeping valuables concealed or in the room is recommended.

The on-site restaurant, The Bistro, serves breakfast and dinner with an American menu in a modern setting. An evening bar is available until around 22:00, and Starbucks coffee is served throughout the day. Breakfast is not complimentary unless included in the room rate-confirm when booking. Dinner at The Bistro is a convenient option after a long day, with a selection of dishes and cocktails. For those wanting more variety, Brier Creek Commons and several nearby restaurants like Carolina Ale House, Pei Wei Asian Diner, and Flame Kabob are within a short drive. The restaurant staff have occasionally been described as less attentive, but the bar and lounge area generally provide a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A free airport shuttle runs on request, with service to and from Raleigh-Durham International Airport; note that the last run is at midnight. Free private parking is available on site but requires a reservation. The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/check-out and a safety deposit box. A mini-market is on site for snacks and essentials. The business centre includes free fax/photocopying services. Meeting and banquet facilities are available for an additional charge. Laundry service and grocery deliveries are also offered. The property is fully non-smoking and includes facilities for disabled guests. A lift serves upper floors. No pets are allowed. The front desk staff have been noted as generally helpful, though some inconsistencies in service have been reported; early check-in and housekeeping requests are best confirmed directly at the desk.
